ORDERS, DELIVERY & PAYMENT
HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?
While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order by clicking Track Order on the account login.
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail. Again, once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via Email. Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping date to get activated.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.
MY ORDER IS NOT YET PACKED/SHIPPED
Since our website is not a marketplace and all the products we sell are manufactured by us. We conduct quality checks before we send out a product to you so you get the best with every order you place.
So, it may take anywhere between 3 to 7 working days before the shipment goes out from our warehouse.
If this is not the case then please share your query in detail along with the order id number. Our customer care executive will work on your query. We will get back to you in the next 24 hours.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
Once your order is placed you will be directed to the order confirmation page
You can find details of your order on Web under track order/My Orders.
E-mail confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail id.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY ON MY ORDER?
We don’t charge anything extra! The price you see is the final price—everything is included. There are no hidden charges, additional fees, or surprise costs. Just shop with confidence and enjoy your purchase!

Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.
If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbour/security guard.
If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception team.
If you think that isn't the case, please reach out to us via registered email id along with the order details.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.
We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please cancel the existing order and place a new order to change the delivery address.
I WASN'T AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, BUT I WANT MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Don’t worry, if you missed your delivery at the first attempt. There will be two more attempts by our delivery executive to deliver your order.
I TRIED TO MAKE A TRANSACTION, BUT IT FAILED. WHAT DO I DO?
If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don't worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days.
Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.

CANCELLATION, RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within 24 hour after your order is confirmed. After 24 hour, cancellation will not be possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY CANCELLATION REQUEST ?
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to place a new order.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Return request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
It takes 10-15 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
